Exit Interview.

In Fact, as HR that Exit Interview is the most important interview you can hold in your career with those people who decided to leave the organization, as I’m not going to display here how to hold a professional an exit interview and the questions you can ask rather than translating the outcomes of this interview and working on avoiding it in future to keep your main Talented people in the organization.

By Saving the good atmosphere for the exiting employee you can get many critical points behind the reason for leaving the organization and to be displayed and submitted to all concerned parties and top management to be considered and work on avoiding such reasons in future and will be professional to segregate all reasons and calculate the cost of each one with a good comparison to the replacing cost for the exiting employee.

And HR should work very closely with all concerned parties to overcome the exit interview reason and to be avoidable in the future to keep the talented assets.
