It is the process of introducing a newly hired employee into an organization.
And it’s very important as it is reflecting the new hire employee impression about his new company. It’s starting hence the job offer signed and it’ll be followed by the welcome mail before the employee arrives at the office till ending his job training. And it varies from company to another one in process content but in my believing it’s mandatory for any successful for any HR member.
